  • I already have some features setup including a backup, can I still use 365 accelerator?

    Absolutely! We understand every team has different setups and requirements - That is why we have the FLEX plan - It allows you to add the features you want, and remove the products you already have covered. 

  • Is my data secure in Microsoft 365 by default?

    Microsoft provides strong security capabilities, but you must configure and manage identity protection, device policies, and data controls to be truly safe day to day. With regular monitoring, management and updates

  • Does Microsoft backup my data?

    Microsoft offers availability and retention, NOT full backup by default . You need independent, pointintime backups to recover from ransomware, deletion, or corruption. We have you covered with our secure offsite backups

  • What does the 365 Accelerator actually do for my team?

    We secure your environment, organise your content, allow you to get more out of Microsoft 365, automate key processes, improve systems and processes and coach your team so adoption rises and risk falls

  • We already have an internal IT team / Manager —can we still use 365 accelerator?

    Yes. We work alongside IT, taking on governance, automation, and adoption, and providing rich reporting to help your team focus. 

  • Where is my data stored?

    Your Microsoft 365 data is stored in Microsoft’s regional data centers, with georedundancy. We configure backup storage according to your dataresidency needs.

  • We’re worried about AI/Copilot—can you make it safe?

    We prepare your data (labels/permissions), configure DLP for Copilot, and set guardrails to reduce oversharing and leakage risks. We have a FREE Copilot readinesss assessment to help guide you through the process.

  • Will the Accelerator replace our IT team?

    No. The 365 Accelerator is designed to support and strengthen your IT team, not replace it. We handle governance, automation, and adoption tasks so your team can focus on strategic projects. 

  • We already have an MSP / IT Support partner, can we still use 365 accelerator?

    Absolutely - We can work in partnership with your IT partner and provide features and services to compliment their offering - We also have a partner program that they can leverage if you want to procure 365 accelerator through them.
